Machine Screws

High-quality stainless steel machine screws are manufactured from a variety of materials including 316 and 18.8 stainless steels and are designed and engineered to match your project’s specifications. Whether you are searching for flat, pan, or round head stainless steel machine screws, we have many SS fasteners currently in stock at the most competitive price points in the industry.

Product Options for Stainless Steel Machine Screws

Stainless steel machine screw head style options include:

Flat Head SS Machine Screws

Flat head machine screws have a conical flat outer face and are countersunk into the material the screw goes through. We have both slotted drives and phillips drive flat head machine screws ready to ship.

Pan Head SS Machine Screws

Pan head machine screws usually have a phillips drive but we have some with slotted drives as well. The head shape is less domed than the round head and it has a slightly larger diameter.

Round head SS Machine Screws

Round machine screws usually have a slotted drive and should always lie flush upon installation.

Additional Stainless Steel Machine Screw Product Options

At Wink Global, we also currently have other types of machine screws including:

  • Phillips Oval (the other countersunk screw)
  • Slotted Truss

  • Trimmed Hex

Stainless Steel Machine Screw Material Options

At Wink Global, we provide a wide range of stainless steel machine screw material options for your project needs. Whether you are looking for a machine screw that provides unsurpassed corrosion resistance, increased strength-to-weight ratios, or enhanced weldability, we have stainless steel machine screws in stock that meet your project specifications.

316 Stainless Steel Machine Screws

With superior resistance to chlorides and acids when compared with SS 304, stainless steel 316 machine screws are ideal for corrosive environments where other types of stainless steel could fail. Stainless steel 316 machine screws provide an increased functional lifespan for applications that endure corrosive environments. Stainless steel 316 is often referred to as marine grade stainless. Stainless steel machine screw benefits include:

  • Enhanced corrosion resistance
  • High strength
  • Formability
  • Easy maintenance

18.8 Stainless Steel Machine Screws

18.8 stainless refers to the 18% chromium and 8% nickel content and is the most common stainless for all types of fasteners. Several 300 series alloys are included in 18.8. They include 301, 302 HQ (Heading Quality), 303, 304, 304 M (modified). 18.8 stainless steel machine screws provide extremely good tensile strength ranges and their 18% chromium, and 8% nickel content provide non-magnetic qualities that resist corrosion and rust. 18.8 stainless steel machine screws provide the following beneficial qualities:

  • Superior corrosion resistance in non-chloride environments
  • Excellent formability
  • Maintenance free
  • Budget friendly

Additional Machine Screw Material Options

In addition to stainless steel, we currently have machine screws in several corrosion resistant materials including:

  • Titanium
  • Silicon Bronze
  • Brass
  • Monel 400
